In 1926, the Biltmore Country Estates subdivision was developed, featuring the Biltmore Country Club and offering residents a private country club lifestyle. Later, in the late 1980s, the Wynstone community was established, centered around a prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course. Wynstone encompasses 750 acres of rolling terrain, including woodlands, wetlands, and lakes, providing a luxurious and serene living environment.
